The house has a wonderful large swimming pool, which has to be shared, from time to time, with a charming and discreet Roman family that live in a small cottage that also belongs to the owners of Villa Capalbio. Guests of Villa Capalbio will always have priority when it comes to using the pool and the fact that it may be used occasionally by this other family should have no bearing on guests' privacy or enjoyment of a wonderful tranquil spot in glorious countryside.
