Villa Ansedonia is a beautiful, 1970s style, family home that enjoys panoramic sea views towards the long crescent shaped sandy beach of La Feniglia, the peninsula of Argentario and its glamorous harbour at Porto Ercole. The villa, set in its own extensive grounds, is located within close proximity of the archaeological excavations of the ancient Roman town of Cosa and a short walk from the village of Ansedonia. One of the main features of the property is its stunning "L" shaped salt-water swimming pool.

The villa has several outside terraces and comfortable seating areas both in the sun and the shade. The  "L" shaped salt-water swimming pool completes the picture of this spectacular villa. It is just over 15 meters long (17x9x5 meters) making it the ideal pool for those who love to swim long while admiring the beautiful sea views.

The ground floor is made up of a large living room with panoramic sea views, dining room with large dining table and the kitchen. There are also three bedrooms on the ground floor - 2 double/twin and one single bedroom - and 2 bathrooms. Upstairs there are three further bedrooms - double/twins, one of which has an ensuite bathroom and private terrace and the other two share a bathroom.

Villa Speranza is a short walk (10-15 mins) from the village of Ansedonia and approx. the same distance down to the sandy beach below the house. Porto Ercole on the Argentario is 16km away, 25 minutes by car. Capalbio is 18km drive away.
